You'll have seen the wondrous displays on Pinterest; the floral baskets and fields of flowers. Ever since watching Gossip Girl I have awed at owning a bouquet of peonies one day, and that day arrived. Blossoming Gifts reached out to me to see if I'd like to review their Scented Pink Peony (£33) and of course I said yes. I didn't know what to expect, whether there would be a huge bunch of small flowers or a few large ones and I received a happy medium.
They were delivered the next day, wrapped carefully and placed in a box decorated with the Blossoming Gifts logo. Though I've never received flowers by post before, I was certainly pleased with how carefully they were wrapped with prompt delivery. I am definitely going to keep an eye on the website for future gifts for friends and family as I know I can trust the brand.
I noticed that the petals opened and closed depending on the light; at first thought I assumed they didn't have a long life as they were closing in at the end of the second day, but by midday on the third day they were open again. It has given me so many opportunities to take photos with. Blossoming Gifts guarantee your bouquet will stay fresh for up to 7 days which is longer than when you pick up a bunch from a supermarket. The colour is fading gradually and have gone from hot pink to a pale pink now.
