I've only recently started trying out Nip + Fab products, so when I was sent the Nip + Fab Contour Palette (£15) in Light, I was excited to see if met my standards when it comes to contouring. I was never into contouring until I tried the Anastasia Beverly Kills Contour Kit and this seemed like a good dupe, and since I hit pan on the banana shade and not wanting to fork out £40 for basically one shade, it has been great to see how the Nip + Fab alternative compared. They are very similar, with the Contour Palette having six shades in for a fair complexion including three contour/bronze shades, a banana powder, a pale pink powder and a highlight.

The palette is an all-in-one for contouring to allow you the define the cheekbones, sculpt the nose, create a sharper jawline, set the makeup and highlight too. The shades are all tailored to light skin and they all suit my pale complexion really well. I'm usually the lighest or second-lightest shade when it comes to foundation and none of the bronzing/contouring powders looked too dark on me and blended out well. I tend to use the bottom left shade to sculpt as it's the most ashy shade, and the other two shades as a bronzer. I always set my under eyes with a mixture of a banana powder and a pink powder and using the ones in this palette works just as well as the ABH Contour Kit which pleases me since it is 62.5% cheaper and available from Superdrug where you get free delivery. I have tried out the highlight shade but again, its a shade from both this palette and the ABH palette that I don't tend to use so it's a little wasted on me.

Overall I'm really pleased with this palette. The shades are quite pigmented, easy to blend and buttery in nature so I don't have any issues with it. When it comes to contouring I always make sure my foundation has set before going in with a powder otherwise it tends to go patchy but this happens with every powder product on my cheeks so I make sure to be patient. I can see how some people have been hesitant to try out some of the Nip + Fab makeup products as they originally only made skincare products, but from what I have seen so far I'm impressed. I've since bought some products from the Superdrug website in the £12+ deal which I'm excited to try out too. The Nip + Fab Contour Palette in Light (3.33g/£2.50 per pan) is a great affordable dupe for the ABH Contour Kit (4.5g/£6.66 per pan) and whilst I'll continue to use both until they run out, the Nip + Fab alternative is definitely the most desirable option for the price.
