If you're a huge fan of Halloween like I am, you'll probably have you feet up this weekend with a cup of tea and your favourite Halloween snacks, and binge watch a bunch of tv. I know I will be, especially catching up on the latest season of The Vampire Diaries as it's actually one of my favourite tv shows and has been for quite some time. I didn't actually realise for a while that The Originals was a show with some of the TVD cast in, in a spin-off kind of way. Both shows are so good at making the whole Vampire/Werewolf thing more realistic and once they hook you, before you know it it's past your tea time and you've watched way more episodes than you meant to. I actually watched 13 episodes in one day of TVD and have no shame whatsoever.

Two other shoes I'm yet to watch and will be watching this weekend are iZombie and Lucifer. iZombie is an American series loosely based on the comic book series iZombie where the character Liv is turned into a zombie while attending a boat party. She takes a job at a morgue to cope with her new appetite, eating brains and eventually ending up with flashbacks of the corpse's murders, helping the Seattle Police Department to help solve crimes. Lucifer, (given the name) is bored of life in hell and goes to live in Los Angeles and tries to help people with their miseries, ultimately bringing people's deepest desires out of them. He meets a girl in a club, a shootout incurs and the girl leads him to become an LAPD consultant who tries to punish criminals through law and justice. Both seem pretty similar in theory and definitely sound like the type of show I'll love binge watching this Halloween.
